C3 runs a structured operating system designed for speed and control: client requisitions and approvals, worker onboarding and document capture, a compliance engine (right-to-work, safety, insurance evidence packs), timekeeping to pay/bill workflows, case management for escalations, and reporting/KPIs for ongoing governance.
