C3 Workforce Solutions is a compliance-led workforce mobilization and staffing partner serving  across the Caribbean and Northern Latin America with focus in Guyana and Trinidad and Tobago. We deploy 5 to 500+ workers per site—from experienced C-level executives and technical specialists to high-volume site labour in agriculture, infrastructure, industrial services, and project-based operations.

We scale without chaos.  C3 runs a structured operating system designed for speed and control: client requisitions and approvals, worker onboarding and document capture, a compliance engine (right-to-work, safety, insurance evidence packs), timekeeping to pay/bill workflows, case management for escalations, and reporting/KPIs for ongoing governance.

We collaborate with clients to define scope (roles, headcount, schedules, duration, site conditions, and safety requirements), then design a workforce plan and implement it with clear service levels, transparent billing, and consistent on-site support.
